Hi, I’m Hila, and I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is essential for growth, and I strive to create a warm, collaborative and non-judgmental space where you can explore your concerns, develop coping skills, and achieve personal growth.
My approach is collaborative and strength-based, focusing on empowering you to build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, sleep issues, and relationship issues.
I am also passionate about supporting couples in navigating relationship challenges. I utilize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidenced-based modality to help partners identify and change negative interaction patterns, and foster secure and loving relationships.
