We are offering a Free one-hour Mindfulness Meditation workshop for past and current clients from on Thursday November 26, 2015 from 7pm-8pm.

The practice of Mindfulness gives people control over their thoughts and behaviours and is an excellent complement to therapy. Participants will learn how to bring moments of mindfulness into their daily life, connect with the present moment and a few meditation practices
