The Stress and Anxiety Program from CBT Psychology

This program challenges your inner fears and helps you find the strength to recognize and move beyond them. Throughout the program, you will gain an understanding of your stress and anxiety, determine where they come from, and discover your untapped coping mechanisms. The program is composed of 4 modules:

Module 1 Understanding Your Anxiety

During the first part of the program, you will gain an insightful understanding of anxiety. You will learn about anxiety as a mental health condition, but also about your unique experiences with anxiety and the stress that comes with it. This can help abolish the mysteries of where your feelings come from and why your symptoms seem so difficult to navigate.

Module 2Self-DiscoveryTriggerAwareness

During this part of the program, you will further unpack your unique history of anxiety-inducing experiences. Oftentimes, past difficult experiences create an unwanted cycle of behavioural patterns and thought processes. During this Module, you will find out which sensations or experiences trigger this unwanted cycle for you. You will also examine how anxiety affects you in specific situations.

Module 3 Revealing Inner Strength & Learning to Cope

This module is all about harnessing your inner untapped warrior. Each person has the strength to cope with anxiety and stress, but sometimes it takes guided insight to reveal these coping mechanisms. Here, you will learn strategies that can be applied to future anxiety-inducing experiences to help you combat fear and negative thoughts.

Module 4Building Confidence

Taking a gradual exposure approach, you will get the chance to put your newfound skills to work. You will take advantage of practical learning opportunities to apply the skills and coping strategies you’ve learned thus far. This will leave you with a lasting level of confidence to work through stress and anxiety.
