Begin Your Self-Love Journey With Mindful Self-Compassion

Transform Your Life with the 8-Week Mindful Self-Compassion Program

Fear, loneliness, sadness, anger, frustration—all emotions that breathe pain into the human experience. Yet, how many of these painful emotions are a reality, and how many do we simply make our reality by the way we think, react, and speak to ourselves?

Life is hard and we all get overwhelmed, anxious, and stressed. We get impatient, frustrated, or angry with people around us. You want to feel better. You want to find happiness, peace, and love within yourself. You have tried many things, but nothing seems to work and constant self-criticism hurts.

Mindful Self-Compassion is where emotional resilience is born. Our virtual 8-Week Mindful Self-Compassion Program is designed to hand-deliver the tools you need to transform your life, your relationships, and yourself into a more peaceful, self-assured place.

Our 8-session confidential program is designed to reveal to you the tools and techniques to bring more compassion into your life. With an experienced therapist guiding you along the way, we will work together to change negative patterns in your life by learning how to care for and love yourself—we call this self-care!

We use proven, science-backed techniques to lead you to a more positive place that supports the true you and not the internal critic that causes so much strife. Developing a kinder relationship with yourself changes the dynamic of multiple facets of how you approach everything from relationships to managing stress.

Here’s a look at what you’ll learn in the 8-week Mindful Self-Compassion program:

How to practice self-compassion and stop being so hard on yourself

Get familiar with the concepts of showing compassion to yourself when you need support instead of criticism. Find out where the internal critic comes from, and how to move beyond the idea that you have to be hard on yourself to motivate your actions.

What Is Mindful Self-Compassion?

Mindful self-compassion (MSC) means acknowledging difficult emotions and thoughts and then treating yourself with kindness and understanding in those difficult times. You deserve the same kindness from others that you would offer them in their times of need. As a good friend, you listen, you are open, and you sympathize with what someone you care about feels.

When we treat ourselves with kindness and compassion that we normally reserve for others instead of ourselves, it brings profound well-being and ease to our everyday lives and relationships.

Does Mindful Self-Compassion Work?

The MSC program has been shown to be effective in helping people in a number of ways. In research following individuals enrolled in an MSC program, there was an increase in compassion for others and themselves. MSC has also been shown to involve lowered instances of anxiety and depression and greater overall life satisfaction. Therefore, people who embrace self-compassion and mindfulness techniques through the MSC program may be more equipped to handle some of life’s greatest stresses. The program may enhance how they interact with others, how they perceive their lives in general, or how they find motivation from within to handle difficult situations.

Who Can Benefit From The MSC Program?

Our MSC program can be beneficial to anyone. The mindful practice of being kind to ourselves, even in times of suffering, cultivates a greater sense of recognition that goodwill toward ourselves is just as important as goodwill toward others. However, the program may be most beneficial for those who:

  • Struggle with anxiety and depression
  • Find it difficult to maintain healthy lifestyle habits
  • Have issues with self-motivation and achieving personal goals
  • Struggle with difficult personal relationships
  • Slip into a self-deprecating state easily through periods of stress

With a newfound spirit of curiosity and openness toward our inward feelings, we learn to respond to difficult emotions and life challenges with sympathy and kindness instead of criticism. In other words, through the MSC program, you learn how to soothe, comfort, and support yourself when you’re hurting. This revolutionizes how you respond to conflict and step through in spite of challenges in everyday life.
