When life feels overwhelming or fast-paced, therapy can provide a meaningful pause – a space to reset, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most to you.
As a Practicum Student, I offer a grounded and compassionate presence where you can feel safe, heard, and supported. My approach is warm, collaborative, and respectful of each client’s unique experiences.
I draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and mindfulness-based approaches, while maintaining a trauma-informed perspective and a strengths-based lens. I also integrate principles of self-compassion throughout my work.
If you’re curious about starting therapy, I invite you to reach out with any questions or book a session. You’re also welcome to schedule a free 15-minute consultation through the links provided.
