My name is Idan and I have years of experience working with people like yourself. I use a variety of evidence-based psychological approaches. My main therapeutic modality is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). It is the most researched psychotherapeutic approach today and arguably the most effective approach for many psychological conditions. My approach to therapy is greatly affected by Adlerian psychology. This highly valuable approach will give you a healthier perspective on your life’s circumstances and will help you build healthy attitudes towards yourself, others, and life in general. This approach will also help you find meaning and enjoyment in life. I enhance my work with practices such as mindfulness, guided imagery, and hypnotherapy. These practices can teach you to overcome troubling thoughts, be present, and enjoy the current moment. These techniques can also accelerate your ability to create positive change, and help you achieve positive therapy results in just a few effective sessions.
