Biography: For over 20 years, I have counseled students and families in my role as a school principal, and I have helped clients just like you in the past year, working as a therapist here at CBT Psychology for Personal Development. I have worked with clients struggling with: Depression, Anxiety, Phobias, OCD, Trauma/emotional/verbal abuse, ADHD, Emotional Regulation, Bi-Polar Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder.
I use evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, among others. My Doctoral level training focuses on working from a psychodynamic orientation, which considers the critical elements of past trauma and family relationships, and how these factors contribute to who we are today. Thus, I offer an integrated approach to therapy for my clients.
You deserve a therapist that is empathic, a good listener, and someone who will work with you collaboratively. I invite you to discover how we can work together to create therapeutic goals and chart a course of therapy sessions to help get you to those goals. If you are ready to start therapy or just considering it, I encourage you to arrange for a free phone consult to discover how therapy can change your life. Aren’t you worth it?
